MY STYLE

My therapeutic style is to establish an emotional “safe zone” of confidentiality where people feel comfortable discussing personal challenges without the fear of being judged or criticized. I listen to the history and dynamics unique to each individual and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. These therapies have all been shown to effectively treat a vast array of psychological difficulties. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults.
